Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Vietnam. All orders are dispatched from Ho Chi Minh City.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email or phone once your order is shipped.

Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your TKG products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return conditions

• Period: 60 days from original purchase date.
• Eligibility: Applies to products bought via the official website or authorized dealers. Does not apply to unauthorized resellers.
• Process: Contact us with your order ID and reason for dissatisfaction. Photos of product and packaging may be required.
• Execution: If approved, the product must be returned at the customer's shipping expense. TKG reserves the right to refuse if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Non-returnable items

• Products that have been fully consumed or significantly used.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
• Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
