Morning Ember
Fire Collection · Lư Trung Hoả

Morning Ember.

Ginger · Lemongrass · Lime — bold, direct, warm from the first shot.

What It Is

A familiar, approachable botanical profile.

Morning Ember contains three identifiable botanicals: ginger, lemongrass, and lime. Each is sourced whole and prepared through the Naula method, then bottled fresh or freeze-dried into powder. Nothing else is added.

The Botanicals

Three ingredients, chosen together.

Ginger
Zingiber officinale
Ginger

Aromatic root with a sharp, warm character. Contains naturally occurring compounds including gingerols and shogaols. A long-established ingredient in Vietnamese everyday preparation.

Lemongrass
Cymbopogon citratus
Lemongrass

Bright, citrus-forward stalk with a clean aromatic profile. Contains citral and polyphenols. Commonly used in Vietnamese cooking and daily preparation.

Lime
Citrus aurantifolia
Lime

Tart and fresh. Provides natural acidity and vitamin C. Balances the warmth of ginger and the brightness of lemongrass.

The three are chosen together for their complementary aromatic character — bold, direct, warm from the first shot.
