Morning Ember contains three identifiable botanicals: ginger, lemongrass, and lime. Each is sourced whole and prepared through the Naula method, then bottled fresh or freeze-dried into powder. Nothing else is added.
Aromatic root with a sharp, warm character. Contains naturally occurring compounds including gingerols and shogaols. A long-established ingredient in Vietnamese everyday preparation.
Bright, citrus-forward stalk with a clean aromatic profile. Contains citral and polyphenols. Commonly used in Vietnamese cooking and daily preparation.
